Fractional CEO

As a business owner, it’s time to hire a Fractional CEO if one of these is true:

  • You’re spending more time “in” the business than “on” the business.

  • You’re not happy with your current work-life balance.

  • You are growing past the capabilities of your current leadership.

  • Your company lacks clarity on strategic direction.

  • There are persistent operational inefficiencies unable to be solved by current leadership.

  • There is no clear succession plan in place.

  • You have limited resources for a full-time CEO.

  • Your business is ready to scale but your team lacks the necessary expertise.

  • You could benefit from a fresh perspective from a seasoned business executive.

“Does your coach have the right business experience to coach you? You want someone who has taken risks, struggled to meet payroll, overcome slumping sales, and figured out how to grow.”

Hi, I’m Tiny.

More than a Coach

I am more than a coach. My friends will tell you that I can be overheard telling anyone “First and foremost I am a husband, father, community creator, and friend.”  Legacy is a driving force behind all that I do and it is that ability to think long-term that accentuates not only my personal but professional life. My wife Leah along with sons Grayson and Henry are the most important people in the world to me.

A Leader's Chronicle

In the span of my 13-year ascent through the corporate hierarchy, I found my true calling not at the summit, but along the rugged path of transformation within family-owned businesses. My tenure as VP of Sales at a global craft brewer was a prelude to a more defining role: the transformation of a 95-year-old beer and wine wholesaler. As President and COO, I was tasked with revitalizing a company that had been suffocated by years of union tyranny and financial distress.

Navigating through the complexities of a deeply entrenched culture of entitlement and apathy required herculean effort and resolve. The Vision was cast, the Mission created, and the quest to put the right people in the right seats to win set forth. I was able to build trust over time which allowed me to make unprecedented organizational changes. Yet, it was the shared victories and tribulations with my team that forged a new culture of trust, clarity, and transparency. Our collective triumph over adversity is not just a professional milestone—it's the cornerstone of my coaching philosophy.

The Essence of My Coaching

My coaching is not a transactional experience, it’s truly transformational. Having lived through the indescribable pressures and isolation that leadership can impose, I can personally resonate with the challenges that leaders face. This lived experience allows me to connect deeply with my clients, fostering an environment where vulnerability is not a liability but a catalyst for growth.

The decertification of the Teamsters Union and the subsequent renaissance of the company I led is more than a success story—it's a testament to the power of clarity and determination in leadership. These experiences are the bedrock upon which I stand to help you navigate your leadership journey.

Beyond Credentials

Degrees and certifications may outline one's qualifications, but they don't capture the essence of a person's approach. While my academic and professional credentials lay a foundation, it's the personal work I've embarked on that truly informs my coaching. I believe in leading by example, and the introspective work I've done on myself is a cornerstone of the transformative experiences I offer to my clients.

The Whiskey Society: A Reflection of Community

My experience isn’t confined to large companies, I am also an entrepreneur with The Southern Whiskey Society where we curate high-end whiskey and food experiences. It's more than an event; it's an extension of my belief in the power of community—a core value that I infuse into every coaching relationship.

  • “In the past 10 years there have been two defining moments that have changed the trajectory of our business: The day we met Tiny then the day that Tiny spent with us and our leadership team walking us through creating our Vision, Mission, and Core Values. We now have absolute clarity on where we are going, how we are going to get there, and the people we need to surround ourselves with.”

Curtis Harris President & CEO, Sterling Monument

  • “Sheri and I have had the privilege of working with Tiny as our executive business coach for several years. His insights and guidance have been instrumental in not only our personal development and business growth but also in the development of our entire leadership team. We are grateful for his contributions to our success and highly recommend him to any organization or individual seeking to achieve greater heights in their professional journey.”
